How do I know if I need a new roof or just a repair?

Curling or missing shingles, granules collecting in gutters, and daylight or stains in the attic are the classic signs. If the damage is isolated (say, one flashing point), we'll tell you a repair is enough — we don't sell roofs people don't need.

Do you handle insurance/storm damage claims?

Yes. We document damage with photos, meet your adjuster on site if needed, and scope the work honestly — what the storm did, nothing padded.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most homes are done in 1–2 days, weather permitting. Tear-off, deck repair, underlayment, and shingles — with clean-up the same day.

What will it cost?

It depends on roof size, pitch, layers to remove, and deck condition. Estimates are free and itemized — you'll see exactly what you're paying for, in writing.
